What do you design?

I design service ecosystems to increase liquidification and density of resources for optimal value co-creation to serve customer contexts via ontological engineering methods.

What do you create?

I created the HAT Code of Practice on personal data, contributed to the creation of HAT briefing papers, White Papers and consultation papers.

What inspires your work?

Steve Vargo's work on Service-Dominant logic, Youngjin Yoo’s work on digital innovation, some great philosophers (Heidegger), and sociologists (Latour).
