What do you design?
I design systems, helping people to be more secure in general, and more engaged with computing systems, especially with interactions on multimedia data.
What do you create?
Better tools. We have had user-centric design as a basic HCI principle for a long time, but human-centric computing hasn't been widely accepted in other areas of ICT. This is something we really want to build up. Everyone working on ICT should be interested in this.

What inspires your work?
Aside from cyber security and human-centric computing research in computer science, my work takes a lot from the areas of psychology, law, criminology, and business.
I design algorithms that allows individuals and groups to understand how they interact with their environment by analysing their movement patterns
I design metrics of digital assets (including user-generated content, data analytics and information technology) that increase productivity in digital economy.
I am designing a methodology on the HAT using multimedia data which could serve for social sciences.
I design security-focused system and application architectures. I also design semantics and common data vocabularies to ease data integration between systems with different data formats and languages.
I’m a lead UX/UI designer that specialises in working with innovative startups to design clear and simple user experiences across mobile apps and web interfaces
