FOOD is a UKRI Network plus grant with a focus on IoT in the food industry, focusing on "farm-fork". The 'fork' end of the supply chain is very poorly understood and food use/waste analysis is either survey or small-scale ethnographic studies. FOOD will develop some small projects based in the home and the HAT is the platform for collecting the data belonging to individuals’ food consumption.

This project is led by Professor Roger Maull of the University of Exeter.
